ROLE: Automotive Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Maidenhead
SALARY: 35k basic - 50k OTE + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Every other Saturday 8.30am - 12.00pm

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose complex systems and perform routine servicing and repairs across the vehicle range
• Ensure every repair is a quality first-time fix to support an outstanding customer experience
• Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear resolutions
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight issues and opportunities

About you:
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Diagnostic Technician
• NVQ Level 3 or a minimum of 4 years continuous experience
• Up to date knowledge of diagnostic systems
• EV / hybrid vehicle qualification preferred but not essential
• Full valid UK driving licence
• Current MOT tester qualification preferred but not essential
• Ability to understand vehicle wiring diagrams
• Ability to diagnose both electrical and mechanical faults
