ROLE: Automotive Vehicle Technician
LOCATION: Christchurch
SALARY: 38k basic - 10k bonus + company benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.15 - 5.15 with a 45-minute lunch. 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8.30 - 12.30

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose complex systems and perform routine servicing and repairs across the vehicle range
• Ensure every repair is a quality first-time fix to support an outstanding customer experience
• Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide clear resolutions
• Complete video vehicle health checks to highlight issues and opportunities

About you:
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent practical experience
• Own tools
• Full UK driving licence
