Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.30 (NO SATURDAY ROTA)

Working in this busy main dealer, your role will be to deal with both retail and trade customers to source the right parts for the customer's needs.

Working closely with the service department to deliver the highest levels of customer service.

As you are representing the brand you must always be smart and professional in manner.

Candidates must have previous Parts Advisor experience within the automotive industry. This is a fantastic opportunity, for someone who has a positive, can-do attitude, great attention to detail, is logical and who thrives on multi-tasking

DUTIES:
• Maintaining parts stock and stock records
• Accurately identifying customer parts requirements
• Processing orders efficiently
• Dealing with customers or even working on the back counter
• Delivering a superior parts service to all customers, both internal and external
• Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and parts sales objectives
• Ensuring departmental compliance with Company policies and industry guidelines
