ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Poole
SALARY: Starting salary £31,000, increasing once accredited to £32,400. Achievable and uncapped bonus plan starting OTE £40k plus
HOURS: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Saturdays, work 2 in a row and have 4 off

The role:
• Communicate and update customers on the progress of their vehicles while they are being serviced or repaired in the workshop
• Confidently explain fault diagnosis and upsell important and urgent repairs
• Ensure customers receive an experience that matches the premium standard of the brand
• Handle customer concerns and complaints to reach positive outcomes

About you:
• Confident and driven with a strong work ethic
• Able to handle workload and pressure with a high level of resilience
• Direct experience in a main dealer aftersales operation dealing with customers
• Full UK driving licence
