Role: Automotive Vehicle Technician
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: 38k basic + 12k bonus + company benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 - 5.30

The role:
• Diagnose, repair, and service the full range of brand products
• Undertake vehicle road testing where required
• Ensure vehicle parts are handled and stored appropriately
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and workshop efficiency

About you:
• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Repair or equivalent NVQ, BTEC, or City & Guilds qualification
• Excellent communication skills and able to explain complex repairs to colleagues and customers
• Committed to maintaining product, brand, and industry knowledge through mentoring and development opportunities
• Able to check the level and quality of work using diagnostic equipment, self-quality checks, and road testing
• Team player, strong communicator, and able to coach and mentor apprentices where required
