Role: Car Sales Executive
Location: Hereford, Herefordshire
Salary: 28.75k basic - 60k OTE, uncapped, plus car and benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm with a day off. Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm, every other Sunday 10.00am - 4.00pm

Duties:
• Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process
• Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles
• Provide detailed information on features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive follow-up and networking
• Stay updated on car models, features, and wider industry trends
• Demonstrate vehicles during test drives and provide product demonstrations
• Follow up with customers after sale to encourage satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals
• Work closely with finance, service, and management teams to support smooth dealership operations
• Assist with sales paperwork, finance applications, and registration
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies

About you:
• Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with customers
• At least 3 years of experience in retail sales
• Proven high customer service levels with charisma and good emotional intelligence
• Strong active listening skills and able to understand customer needs and requirements
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
