ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Colchester
SALARY: 28.6k basic, 40k ote + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 6.00

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s main dealership in Colchester.

Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes

The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
