ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Ipswich, Suffolk
SALARY: 28.6k basic – 35k OTE + Benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm. No Saturday rota.


Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :

Responding to customer requests
Booking in vehicles for service / repair
Checking in vehicles
Track vehicle through the workshop
Handover the vehicle
Achieve incremental sales
Use technology effectively
Manage your own performance
Contribute to effective working
Deal with customer complaints
Contribute to improved service processes
The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:

Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
Excellent customer service skills
Full UK DL
