ROLE: Service Advisor
LOCATION: Close to Bromley, Kent
SALARY: 30k basic + £k bonus + benefits
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings

Flame Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s PRESTIGE and STUNNING dealership in Kent.

Duties of the Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor :
• Responding to customer requests
• Booking in vehicles for service / repair
• Checking in vehicles
• Track vehicle through the workshop
• Handover the vehicle
• Achieve incremental sales
• Use technology effectively
• Manage your own performance
• Contribute to effective working
• Deal with customer complaints
• Contribute to improved service processes

The perfect Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor will have:
• Previous Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full UK DL
