The Role
Flame Recruitment are looking for an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager , who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our aftersales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficiency, and profitability. You will lead and motivate a dedicated team across Service, Parts, and Warranty, ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Provide outstanding customer care and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing
Keep the customer up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.
Liaise with technicians/workshop control about vehicle statuses and ensure that vehicles will be ready on time.
Have the ability to give the best advice on our products and services to our customers.
Ensure customer care always comes first, you'll take the time to talk to people, build a genuine rapport and identify exactly what our customers want and need.
Previous experience as a Service Advisor
Full UK driving license
Excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail
