The Role
We are looking for a Bodyshop Manager to join our clients Bodyshop in Poole. The Bodyshop Manager plays a pivotal role ensuring the smooth running of the workshop, whilst maintaining quality, customer service and speed of repairs.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Manage and oversee daily workshop/bodyshop operation
Lead, motivate, and organise the team to meet productivity targets and deadlines
Ensure all repairs are completed in line with key-to-key times and KPI targets
Greet customers, book vehicles in, and carry out handovers upon completion
Coordinate and schedule courtesy cars, vehicle collections, and deliveries
Order, manage, and control parts – including receiving deliveries and handling returns
Maintain smooth workflow and job allocation across the workshop
Ensure high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction
Liaise with suppliers, insurers, and internal teams effectively
Proven experience in a Bodyshop or Workshop Management role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to run and organise a busy workshop
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Good understanding of bodyshop processes, repair methods, and timelines
Confident in managing parts ordering, stock control, and returns
