The Role
**Client is considering candidates with all backgrounds and all makes/models** We an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking team using the latest remote diagnostic technology. This is a fully office-based role where you'll use cloud-connected tools to support vehicle diagnostics — no dirty hands or workshop tools required. You’ll work alongside a team of experienced technicians, connecting to vehicles remotely and guiding clients through fault-finding and programming tasks.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Carry out remote vehicle diagnostics from the office.
Communicate with garages, body shops and other clients to help identify and solve faults.
Use your technical expertise to support programming, coding, and vehicle module work.
Keep clear records of jobs completed and solutions provided.
Experience working as a Motor Vehicle Technician in the UK.
Recognised mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, IMI or equivalent).
A full UK driving licence.
The right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
