The Role
Flame Recruitment is currently looking for a MET Technician / Panel Beater for our clients bodyshop in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Assessing mechanical and electrical damage on vehicles
Stripping and refitting components on accident-damaged vehicles
Repairing or replacing panels and components to required standards
Using alignment equipment for wheel tracking and setup
Previous repair experience within a bodyshop or similar environment
ATA or NVQ Level 3 desirable (training available)
Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability
