The Role
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller for our client’s main dealer in Oxford. Our client, a Berkshire based dealer group that offer its staff benefits above the normal are currently require a Sales Controller to lead a team of Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Work alongside the sales team
Motivate and encourage the delivery of key objectives and targets.
Managing products upsells, finance and insurance
Closing deals
Gaining customer commitment at every opportunity
Proven experience in the vehicle sales environment is essential along with excellent customer communication skills.
Previously have held the position of either Business Manager or Sales Controller,
Have a thorough understanding of finance suppliers and packages plus IT literacy skills
