The Role
a confidential automotive employer is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. Your role will be to receive customers and their vehicles, in a friendly and professional manner, plus discuss and confirm their requirements. You will also take responsibility for the customer relationship whilst their vehicle is in for a service or repair. To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced Service Advisor and have fantastic customer service skills. Ideally, you will be very friendly, get a buzz out of building new and lasting relationships with our customers and ideally have team leading experience. You will also enjoy using your sales skills to sells other products and services that the customers may want or need.
