The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor opportunity in Slough with a well-established automotive group. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor looking for a busy, customer-focused role with excellent work-life balance – no Saturday rota required.

Checking in vehicles
Track vehicle through the workshop
Handover the vehicle

Deal with customer complaints

Ideally previous experience Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor in a main dealership or independent workshop
Excellent customer service skills
