The Role
This is a strong opportunity for a Service Bookings Clerk or Service Administrator to join a busy Reading automotive employer.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Take incoming telephone queries and manage customer bookings
Keep customers updated while their vehicle is with the business
Meet and greet customers and support the Service Team where required
Create invoices and job cards, and keep the bookings diary up to date
Ideally some aftersales or service experience within a franchise or established dealership
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Able to work independently and as part of a team
