The Role
Lead the aftersales function for a main dealer group in Surrey, overseeing workshop, service and parts to hit key targets while maintaining exceptional customer focus. You’ll coach and coordinate teams, monitor training needs, ensure compliance with company standards, and play a full role in the wider dealership operation. The role is based on-site, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am–6.00pm.
Ideal for a dynamic, performance-driven manager with automotive parts and warranty knowledge, confident with digital systems and achieving targets. Previous service management and franchised dealership experience are advantageous rather than essential. A full, clean UK driving licence is expected. In return, you’ll receive £40k basic with £57k OTE, a company car and a well-rounded benefits package covering healthcare, wellbeing support, extra leave, retail offers, pension, staff MOT and aftersales discounts, plus vehicle scheme eligibility after a qualifying period.
