The Role
Lead aftersales for a Main dealer group in Surrey, heading workshop, service and parts to hit targets and keep customer satisfaction high. You’ll manage team performance and compliance with company and manufacturer standards, working with the dealership management team to drive efficiency and profit. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm.
Ideal for an experienced Senior Service Advisor, Service Supervisor or Assistant Service Manager ready to step up, or a proven Aftersales Manager with solid service, parts and warranty knowledge. Bring people‑focused leadership, commercial acumen, clear communication and confidence with dealership systems, plus a full, clean UK licence. The package includes £40,000 basic, £57,000 OTE, a company car and benefits such as healthcare and wellbeing support, extra leave for long service and your birthday, retail discounts, free MOT, discounted servicing and a pension; eligibility for the car scheme follows a qualifying period.

What We're Looking For
• Manage and support the workshop, service and parts teams to achieve key performance targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards and satisfaction levels.
• Monitor staff performance, development and training needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and manufacturer standards.
• Drive departmental performance, efficiency and profitability.
• Work collaboratively as a key member of the dealership management team.
• Experienced Senior Service Advisor, Service Supervisor, Assistant Service Manager or existing Aftersales Manager.
• Previous franchised dealership experience preferred.
• Good understanding of automotive service, parts and warranty processes.
• Strong leadership potential with the confidence to motivate and develop a team.
• Target-driven with a commercial and customer-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
• Positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to take on greater responsibility.
• Comfortable using dealership management systems and digital tools.
• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• £40,000 basic salary with £57,000 OTE.
