The Role
Flame Recruitment are looking for an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager , who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our aftersales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficiency, and profitability. You will lead and motivate a dedicated team across Service, Parts, and Warranty, ensuring we continue to deliver outstanding support to our customers.

• Drive service and parts sales, maximising revenue and profitability across all brands.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, maintaining high retention and recommendation scores.
• Manage workshop efficiency, ensuring smooth and effective daily operations.
• Oversee warranty and compliance, ensuring all processes meet manufacturer and legal standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the aftersales offering.
• Work closely with senior management to align business objectives with the aftersales department.
• Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager within a main or franchised dealer environment.
