The Role
Car Sales Executive role based in Gloucester, working with a progressive prestige automotive brand. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will deliver a first-class customer experience by advising customers on vehicles, products, and services, managing vehicle orders and handovers, achieving sales and profitability targets, and maintaining high showroom standards. The role suits a driven sales or customer service professional with strong communication skills, a passion for the brand, and the ambition to succeed in a customer-focused sales environment.
Salary: 21k basic (although min wage is guaranteed) - 45k OTE + car + benefits
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm with a day off. Every other Sunday 10.00am – 4.00pm

• Reporting to the Sales Manager and working for a progressive
• Providing a first-class customer experience to our customers by advising on products and services available.
• Ordering and handing over vehicles whilst delivering on volume and profitability targets.
• Maintaining showroom presentation high standards.
• We require someone who is as passionate about delivering great customer service as they are about the brand. As a Sales Executive, you will have the ambition and desire to succeed. Previous motor trade experience is not essential, but you should have a sales or customer service background and enjoy performing at the highest levels. What is essential is a genuine passion for the brand and a natural ability to understand and meet customer needs at each and every opportunity.
