The Role
Our client is currently looking for a Car Sales Executive to join their busy team
Salary: 23k basic (although guaranteed at min wage), 45k OTE + car + benefits
Working hours: 40 hours a week across Mon – Sat (with a 1 hour lunch). Day off in lieu during the week and 1 late shift per week. Sunday working required during March and September
Key Responsibilities

• Sell maximum number of vehicles possible
• Achieve maximum profitability on sales
• Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
• Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
• Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
• Sales experience – in the automotive industry
• Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive to exceed targets
• Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.
• Full UK driving licence
