The Role
Join a busy main dealer group in Heathrow, Greater London as a Car Sales Executive. You’ll sell new and used cars through a structured process, help customers choose the right model, explain features and finance options, arrange and conduct test drives, and keep an efficient diary and customer database. Professional presentation and timely record‑keeping are central to the role.
This suits someone with previous car sales or wider motor trade experience who is proactive, ambitious and an excellent communicator, holding a full UK driving licence. You’ll work Monday to Saturday, 8:30–6:00, with a fixed day off and no Sundays, and be rewarded with a £24k basic, £45k OTE, a company car, and benefits including company pension, bonus scheme, life insurance and Perkbox.

• Selling new and used cars through a structured sales process
• Assisting customers with model choices, promoting features and finance options
• Carry out test drives with customers
• Organising your diary and managing appointments
• Maintaining a customer database and updating records in a timely and efficient manner
• Always maintain a presentable and professional appearance
• Previous car sales / motor trade experience
• You will be professional, presentable, ambitious and proactive
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Full UK Driving License
