The Role
Our client is currently looking for a New and Used Car Sales Executive to join their busy team
Salary: 20k basic – moving to 23 (although guaranteed at min wage), 60k OTE + Car + Benefits
Key Responsibilities

• Sell maximum number of vehicles possible
• Achieve maximum profitability on sales
• Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
• Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty and finance facilities
• Help retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
• and the wider business by ensuring that customers are aware of any relevant and/or necessary additional products and services.
• Previous motor industry experience preferable
• Experience in car sales
• Experience of delivering first class customer service in a customer facing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Drive to exceed targets
• Influencing and negotiation skills, having the ability to identify and close the sale.
• Full UK driving licence
