The Role
Flame Recruitment is hiring a Car Sales Executive in Romford for a main dealer group. You’ll sell vehicles, maximise profitability and build loyalty through excellent service. The role covers presenting options, accessories, extended warranties and finance, while maintaining process efficiency. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30–6:00, every Saturday 9:00–5:00 with a weekday off, plus 1 in 4 Sundays 10:00–4:00.
This suits an automotive sales professional with a full UK driving licence, confident communication and a drive to exceed targets. The package includes a £20,000 basic with a minimum wage guarantee, £52,500 OTE, a company car and a strong benefits programme, including 33 days’ holiday including bank holidays, enhanced family pay, long-service recognition, discounted car schemes, retail and gym savings, cycle to work, and one paid volunteering day.
