The Role
Working with a world-class brand as a Car Sales Executive you’ll have the drive to deliver outstanding and trusted experiences for our customers.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 with a day off. Saturday 9.00 – 5.00. 1 in 3 Sundays 10.00 – 4.00
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
Guide customers through a seamless journey, from the initial welcome to negotiation and the handover of their purchased vehicle
Actively prospect for new customers via telephone, attend product launches and events, and maintain a comprehensive enquiry database
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and continuously enhance expertise through manufacturer-led training sessions
Recommend suitable add-on products that align with customer needs and preferences
Ensure the effective use of customer enquiry management systems for optimal tracking and follow-up
Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters loyalty and encourages referrals
Previous car sales experience in a main or franchised dealership
Excellent communication skills
Drive to exceed targets
Full UK driving licence
