The Role
Flame Recruitment is seeking a MET Technician in Dartford for a confidential automotive employer body shop in Kent. You’ll assess mechanical and electrical damage, strip and refit components on accident-damaged vehicles, and repair or replace panels and parts to required standards. The role also involves using alignment equipment for wheel tracking and setup.
It suits someone with previous repair experience in a bodyshop or similar, ATA or NVQ Level 3, and a proactive, problem-solving approach. You’ll work Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm. The package offers £55k basic plus bonus and benefits, with 20 days’ holiday, sick leave/holiday plus statutory, and a pension scheme.
