The Role
Flame Recruitment is hiring in Bristol with a main dealer group for two posts: New Car Sales Manager and Used Car Sales Manager. The new car role leads and coaches the team, champions customer satisfaction, plans sales events and shapes strategy from market insight. The used car role oversees sourcing, pricing, appraisals and presentation, ensures compliance and quality, and reports on KPIs.
These roles suit motor trade managers who inspire performance and handle customer queries professionally. Package: basic £40k with OTE to £65k plus benefits. Hours are 45.5 per week Mon–Sat with a weekday day off in lieu; 8:30am–6pm weekdays, 8:30am–5pm Saturdays, and Sundays in March and September. • Used Car Sales Manager: Managing day-to-day operations of the used car department, including sourcing stock, pricing, appraisals, and overseeing vehicle preparation and display.
• Used Car Sales Manager: Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing sales team to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Used Car Sales Manager: Reporting on departmental performance, key KPIs, and stock levels to senior management.
• Used Car Sales Manager: Ensuring all vehicles meet safety and quality standards in line with company policies and legal requirements.
• Used Car Sales Manager: Driving compliance with Group sales processes and industry regulations.
• Used Car Sales Manager: Creating and implementing strategies to boost sales and profitability, including effective lead management and in-house sourcing through our service teams.
