The Role
A confidential automotive employer in Leicester seeks a motivated Parts Advisor with a 'One Team' approach. You’ll liaise with internal and external customers and suppliers, respond to requests promptly, and help colleagues and customers with parts identification, searching and sourcing. The role includes maintaining stock and records, accurately identifying requirements, processing orders, serving on the counter, striving to exceed targets and ensuring compliance.
This role suits a Parts Advisor with previous automotive experience, a positive, can‑do outlook, strong attention to detail and a logical approach. Salary is 29k basic, 33.5k OTE + benefits. Hours are Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.00–1.00 (40 hours per week). Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining parts stock and stock records
• Accurately identifying customer parts requirements
• Processing orders efficiently
• Dealing with customers or even working on the back counter
• Delivering a superior parts service to all customers, both internal and external

• Ensuring departmental compliance with Company policies and industry guidelines
• Previous Parts Advisor experience within the automotive industry
