Parts Advisor job in Oxford

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor, or an organised person with some automotive experience looking to grow your career? Join a main dealer group in Oxford, supporting customers and the workshop with accurate parts supply and clear communication. You’ll sell aftersales services, coordinate and deliver parts, liaise with technicians on work in progress, update customers, gain authorisation for additional work and resolve queries to a high standard.

It suits someone from an automotive parts or aftersales background who is personable, motivated and an effective communicator with an interest in cars. In return, you’ll work Monday to Friday 8.00am–6.00pm with one Saturday morning a month, earn £31k basic (£37k OTE), and receive 31 days’ holiday including Bank Holidays, a benefits platform with employee support, discounted parts and servicing, a contributory pension, life insurance at 3x salary, and training and progression opportunities.
