LOCATION
Nottingham, Nottinghamshire
WORKING HOURS
Prestige Vehicle Technician: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; one Saturday per month, 8:30am–1:00pm.
Online Diagnostic Vehicle Technician: Monday to Friday, 8:15am–5:00pm; no Saturday working.

The Role
Two separate technician opportunities are available in Nottingham with a prestige automotive employer. Compare the profiles below for each role’s responsibilities and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
ROLE 1 — PRESTIGE VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Service, maintain and repair vehicles to franchise standards within scheduled times.
Diagnose faults, test and repair vehicles, and replace components as required.
Record work and parts accurately; report faults and future servicing requirements.
ROLE 2 — ONLINE DIAGNOSTIC VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Carry out remote vehicle diagnostics from the office.
Work with garages and body shops to identify and resolve faults.
Support programming, coding and vehicle module work; keep clear job records.
ROLE 1 — PRESTIGE VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
Full UK driving licence.
Own tools.
ROLE 2 — ONLINE DIAGNOSTIC VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Motor Vehicle Technician experience, ideally in a franchised dealership environment.
Recognised mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, IMI or equivalent).
Full UK driving licence.
ROLE 1 — PRESTIGE VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
