The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will guide customers through a structured sales process across new and used vehicles. You’ll explore model choices, highlight key features and finance options, conduct test drives, and manage your diary and appointments. Accurate record-keeping and a consistently professional, presentable approach will help you build lasting relationships in a busy retail environment.
This role suits experienced motor trade sales professionals with excellent interpersonal skills and a full UK driving licence. The package includes a £24k basic with £45k OTE, company car, pension, life insurance, bonus scheme and Perkbox. Hours are Monday to Saturday 8:30–6:00 with a fixed day off, and no Sundays.

What We're Looking For
• Selling new and used cars through a structured sales process
• Assisting customers with model choices, promoting features and finance options
• Carry out test drives with customers
• Organising your diary and managing appointments
• Maintaining a customer database and updating records in a timely and efficient manner
• Always maintain a presentable and professional appearance
• Previous car sales / motor trade experience
• You will be professional, presentable, ambitious and proactive
• You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Full UK Driving License
