The Role
Join a prestige automotive employer in Brighton as a Service Advisor, handling service bookings, MOTs and customer updates. You’ll schedule appointments, keep records accurate, arrange and control courtesy cars, liaise with the Sales Department where needed, and ensure information is clearly communicated. The role also covers payments, Service Plan follow‑ups, capturing contacts and producing precise job cards.
It suits someone enthusiastic, well organised and keen to learn new technology, with motor industry experience, knowledge of service procedures and a full UK driving licence. The package includes £31.5k basic with £38k OTE, hours of Monday–Friday 8.00–6.00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.00–12.00, 25 days’ holiday minimum, pension, discounted private healthcare, staff car benefit, discounts and cashback, plus an accredited training programme.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
• Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on Service Plans.
• Log all appointments, reservations, and MOT’s are added to the database.
• Capture customer email addresses and assist in increasing the customer database.
• Deliver excellent customer service and obtain payments for service work and repairs.
• Maintain communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is at the branch.
• Complete job cards with accurate information.
• Liaise with the Sales Department to promote the sale of new/used vehicles.
• Book out and control ‘courtesy cars’.
• Previous experience in the Motor Industry
• Knowledge of servicing department procedures
• Full UK DL
