The Role
We're seeking a Service Advisor for a fully equipped dealership within a main dealer group in Bromley, Greater London. You'll build rapport with customers, understand their needs and give clear, accurate estimates on costs and timescales. Day to day you'll schedule work into the workshop, balance job complexity with parts availability, arrange loan cars when needed, and keep customers informed from booking to completion.
This suits someone with previous service or aftersales experience in the motor trade, a good telephone manner and a full UK driving license. In return, the package includes 34k basic, 42k OTE + benefits, Monday to Friday 8.00 am-6.00 pm with no Saturdays, plus company pension, bonus scheme, life insurance and Perk Box.

What We're Looking For
• Building a rapport with customers, offering them the benefit of your knowledge, identifying their needs and giving clear and accurate estimates of the costs and timescales involved.
• Scheduling jobs into the workshop, taking into account the complexity of the work and the availability of parts and arranging a loan car if required
• Keeping customers informed of the progress of work through to completion.
• Previous service or aftersales experience in the motor trade
• Full UK driving license
