The Role
As a Service Advisor you will play a vital role within the retailer as being the point of communication between the Technicians and Customers.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm with a hours lunch. Saturdays are on a rota 1 in 4, paid as overtime 8.00am – 12.00pm
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
• Arranging and booking your customers vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
• Provide best advice on any report repairs or additional service required, be able to sell with belief and become their point of contact for the duration of their vehicle being within our Workshop.
• Be able to provide updates and consultatively advise on repair work being or needing to be carried out.
• Create customer invoices and run through the work that has been carried out on their vehicle. Proactively reschedule appointments for the customer for any future vehicle maintenance or servicing.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Full UK driving license
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail
