The Role
Flame Recruitment are seeking a Service Advisor to join a confidential automotive employer main automotive employer in Eastbourne. This role is ideally suited to someone who is highly enthusiastic, well organised, enjoys learning new technology and has the desire to deliver an amazing customer experience.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm. 1 in 4 Saturdays 8.30am – 12.30pm
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
• Liaise with customers regarding outstanding work and follow up on Service Plans.
• Log all appointments, reservations, and MOT’s to the Database.
• Capture customer email addresses and assist in increasing the customer database.
• Deliver excellent customer service and obtain payments for service work and repairs.
• Maintain communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is at the branch.
• Complete job cards with accurate information.
• Liaise with the Sales Department to promote the sale of new/used vehicles.
• Book out and control ‘courtesy cars’.
• Deal with complaints quickly and effectively.
• Previous recent experience as a Service Advisor in a main, franchised or independent dealership/workshop
• Full, valid and clean UK driving license.
• Good telephone manner.
