The Role
Flame Recruitment is recruiting for a Service Technician in Leamington Spa with a main dealer group. You’ll carry out fault finding, diagnose issues and complete servicing and repairs on motor vehicles, working closely with other departments to keep jobs moving. Quality and safety matter, so you’ll ensure every task meets retailer, manufacturer and industry standards. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.
This role suits a skilled technician holding NVQ Level 3 in motor vehicle repair or equivalent workplace experience, with a full UK driving licence and your own tools. The package includes a £32k salary plus £600 per month bonus, overtime and benefits, with pension and 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, alongside a positive, supportive environment, career growth opportunities and employee reviews.

What We're Looking For
• Fault finding
• Detecting and diagnosing faults
• Undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles
• Working with other departments to facilitate the servicing and repairs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
• You will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in motor vehicle repair or equivalent workplace experience working in a similar position
