Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm with a day off during the week. Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm. Sunday 10.00am – 4.00pm on a 1 in 3 rota. Bank holidays are on a rota too and you get a day in lieu

The Role
An opportunity with a main dealer group in Eastbourne for a Transaction Manager focused on finance and insurance across new and used car sales. You’ll engage customers professionally, present product features and benefits, manage the renewals policy and help hit unit and F&I targets, while maintaining used car stocking to policy and building strong relationships.
This suits candidates with proven vehicle sales experience—ideally as a Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Sales Controller—plus knowledge of finance suppliers, IT literacy and a full UK driving licence. The package offers a basic £25k salary with OTE £50k, a car and benefits including 25 days’ holiday rising with service, discounted private healthcare, pension, staff car benefit, company sick pay and retail discounts. Hours cover weekdays with a day off, Saturdays, 1-in-3 Sundays and bank holidays on a rota with a day in lieu.

What We're Looking For
• Sell finance in a professional way to the required targets, and to maximise sales opportunities by offering finance solutions to customers purchasing new vehicles
• Manage renewals policy
• Build professional relationships with potential and current customers.
• Sell and promote vehicle finance packages and add on insurance products in line with branch targets
• Present features and benefits of the different finance products to the customer
• Manage & maintain Used Car stocking to Policy.
• Achieve our New & Used Car Sales target for both Units and F&I
• Proven experience in the vehicle sales environment is essential along with excellent customer communication skills.
• Previously have held the position of Transaction Manager, Business Manager or Sales Controller
• Have a thorough understanding of finance suppliers and packages plus IT literacy skills
