• Provide a professional, consultative service that keeps customers coming back
• Proven sales experience, with B2B, leasing, or automotive backgrounds all considered
• Confident communicator who can build trust and hold conversations easily
• Resilient, ambitious, and hungry to earn
• Quick thinker, IT literate, and able to use initiative
• Knowledge of leasing, vans, or finance is a bonus, but not essential
