The Role
Flame Recruitment is recruiting for a Vehicle Polisher in Dartford with a commercial vehicle employer. Working Monday to Friday, 8:00–5:00, you’ll prepare vehicles by cleaning surfaces, removing debris and applying compounds, using hand and power tools to refine and buff paintwork. You’ll operate polishing machines safely to achieve an even, glossy finish, inspect work thoroughly, keep the bay tidy and collaborate with colleagues to meet agreed timeframes.
This position suits someone with mechanical knowledge or familiarity with vehicle surfaces and finishing techniques, who is comfortable with power tools; experience with buffers, sanders or polishers is preferred. Attention to detail and the physical ability to move equipment are important. The package includes a basic salary of £32,000 per year plus bonus and benefits, with 20 days’ holiday, sick leave plus statutory entitlement, and a pension scheme.

What We're Looking For
