The Role
Flame Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join a Main dealer group in Wickersley and Bramley. You’ll carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with precision, support colleagues on complex faults, and keep every customer informed while ensuring vehicles leave performing at their best. Working 40 hours per week, you’ll also contribute to workshop safety, quality and overall performance.
This role suits a Level 3-qualified technician with a full UK driving licence, strong technical know‑how and experience of franchised standards, confident using modern workshop systems and motivated to exceed quality and productivity goals. What We're Looking For
• You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
