The Role
Flame Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician in Wickersley and Bramley with a main dealer group. You’ll carry out advanced diagnostics, servicing and repairs with precision, guide the workshop team on complex issues, and keep safety, quality and customer care at the forefront so every vehicle leaves performing at its best.
It suits a Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair professional (or equivalent) with a full UK driving licence, confident with dealer workshop systems and ideally experienced in a franchised setting. You’ll work 40 hours per week on £40k basic, £50k OTE and company benefits, from 33 days’ leave and a birthday off to family-friendly policies, a salary-sacrifice car, a volunteering day, long-service recognition, cycle to work, discounts, referral rewards and tailored training and growth.

• You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
