The Role
As a Vehicle Technician with a main dealer group, you’ll handle servicing, maintenance and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems. You’ll diagnose faults, carry out work on brakes, steering, suspension, timing belts, clutches, air conditioning and engines, complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards with accurate documentation, perform electronic Vehicle Health Checks with video and written reports, and road test as needed.
This role suits a Level 3-qualified technician (or equivalent) with a full UK driving licence and their own tools, looking for flexible working times within a 40-hour week. What We're Looking For
• Servicing, maintenance and repair
• Diagnostics and fault finding — getting to the root of a fault
• Mechanical and electrical repair: brakes, steering, suspension, timing belts, clutches, air conditioning and engine work
• Warranty repair to manufacturer standard, documented so the claim is right first time
• An electronic Vehicle Health Check on every qualifying job, with video, and your own written report of what you found
• Road testing where required
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
