The Role
Flame Recruitment is currently recruiting for Vehicle Technician opportunities in Brentwood and Southend. These are excellent opportunities for practical, hard-working and committed Vehicle Technicians to join busy automotive employer environments and build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm, Saturdays on a rota basis 8.00am - 1.00pm
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
• Carry out maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles
• Diagnose faults using specialist diagnostic equipment
• Service, maintain and repair vehicles to a high standard
• Explain repairs and issues clearly while delivering good customer service
• Take part in in-house and manufacturer training
• NVQ / City & Guilds qualification to Level 3 standard or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
• Background in warranty repairs and procedures
• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 3 points
• Hard-working, committed and practically minded
• £55k OTE + benefits
• Dealership-based workshop environment
• In-house and manufacturer training
