The Role
Flame Recruitment’s client seeks a Vehicle Technician for a main dealer group in Chester. You’ll carry out advanced diagnostics and repair work with precision, support colleagues on complex issues, and help every customer leave confident in their vehicle. It suits a Level 1‑qualified technician with a full UK driving licence, confident with workshop systems and ideally experienced in a franchised dealer, with a passion for the trade and the people we serve, and the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets.
You’ll work 40 hours per week on £36,063 plus a £3,060 bonus (OTE £39,123) with company benefits. What We're Looking For
• You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 1 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
