The Role
Flame Recruitment is seeking a Vehicle Technician for a main dealer group in Chester, Cheshire. You’ll carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy, uphold high standards, and keep every vehicle performing at its best. Alongside hands-on work, you’ll support the workshop by sharing knowledge and resolving complex issues, while maintaining safety, quality and strong customer service.
It suits a Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair professional with a full UK driving licence and their own tools, who enjoys diagnostics and guiding others. You’ll work 40 hours per week, earning 34k basic with 42k OTE plus company benefits, including 33 days’ annual leave including bank holidays, a birthday off, family leave support, a salary sacrifice car scheme, a paid volunteering day, long‑service recognition, training and career growth opportunities, cycle to work scheme, high street discounts and an internal referral scheme.

• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 2 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence
