The Role
Join a main dealer group in Doncaster, South Yorkshire as a Vehicle Technician, handling advanced diagnostics and repairs with precision. You’ll use your technical know‑how to keep vehicles performing at their best, support the workshop team on complex issues, and uphold safety, quality and customer service.
This role suits someone with Level 1 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent and a full UK driving licence, confident with workshop systems and ideally experienced in a franchised dealer environment. You’ll work 40 hours per week with a base salary of £42,371 plus a £4,230 bonus (OTE £46,601), alongside a thoughtful package that includes 33 days’ holiday with bank holidays, a birthday day off, supportive family leave, a salary‑sacrifice car option, paid volunteering, long‑service recognition, tailored training and career growth, cycle to work, high street discounts and an internal referral scheme.

• You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 1 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
