The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Vehicle Technician to join a confidential automotive employer team in Epsom. You will be joining a successful and growing automotive employer with a supportive team environment and excellent opportunities for training and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
What We're Looking For
• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose faults using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems
• Complete Electronic Vehicle Health Checks
• Identify and report additional work required on customer vehicles
• Work closely with the Service Department to ensure excellent customer communication
• Carry out road tests and vehicle inspections where required
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and efficiency
• Support apprentices and less experienced technicians when appropriate
• Keep up to date with manufacturer training and technical knowledge
• NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
• Previous manufacturer or dealership experience desirable
• Diagnostic experience desirable
• MOT Tester licence desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
