The Role
Flame Recruitment’s client seeks a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a commercial workshop within a main dealer group in Glasgow. You’ll tackle advanced diagnostics and repairs, support colleagues with complex faults, uphold safety and quality, and ensure every customer drives away confident. This is a full‑time role at 40 hours per week, offering £49,062 plus £4,230 bonus (OTE £53,292) alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
It suits a Level 3 technician with a full UK driving licence, confident across systems and equipment, and ideally experienced in a franchised dealer, with a passion for high standards and productivity. What We're Looking For
• You will carry out advanced diagnostics and repairs with accuracy and efficiency, using your technical expertise to uphold renowned standards.
• You’ll support and guide the workshop team, sharing knowledge and helping to resolve complex issues.
• A vital part of your role is ensuring every customer receives outstanding service and every vehicle leaves operating at its best.
• You will also contribute to maintaining safety, quality, and overall workshop performance.
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
• Equipped with a full UK driving licence
• Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
• Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
• Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
