The Role
Join a main dealer group in Gloucester as a Vehicle Technician, delivering servicing, maintenance and repairs to high standards. You’ll diagnose and fix faults, including non‑routine issues, in the workshop and on road tests, using established facilities and processes to stay productive. With safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction at the core, you’ll uphold strong workshop performance and keep your knowledge current with brand standards through regular training.
This suits a Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ‑qualified technician with a full manual UK licence (max six points); main dealer experience is preferred but not essential. Package: 38k basic, 48k OTE plus benefits, Monday–Friday 8.00am–5.30pm with no Saturdays, 22 days’ holiday plus bank holidays (increasing with service), pension support, post‑probation car and Cycle to Work schemes, Menable wellbeing, eye tests and flu vouchers.

What We're Looking For
• Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of vehicles to the highest standards
• Diagnosing and resolving issues, including non-routine defects, both in the workshop and during road tests
• Continuously developing your technical knowledge and staying up to date with brand standards
• Making the most of our facilities and processes to maximise productivity
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the full satisfaction of our customers
• Helping us maintain industry-leading standards in workshop performance
• Taking part in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge
• A full manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
• Previous experience in a main dealer workshop is preferred but not essential
